What's Next for Kitrinos in 2021?

In addition to our ongoing work in Lesvos, we are now in the process of expanding our services to meet the ever-increasing needs of the refugee populations in Greece. We are pleased to announce the opening of our new chronic care health service for non-communicable diseases in Athens, where we will be providing clinical consultations, follow-ups and free medications for chronic diseases. Currently, there are over 20,000 refugees living in Athens, many on the streets without financial support or access to sufficient medical care. We are also delighted to be supporting the medical work of NGO 'Salvamento Maritimo Humanitario' on Chios Island.
